The tower, with a diameter of 4.5 meters and a height of 20 meters, is a large piece of equipment. Its weight and the weight of the liquid are significant when fully liquidized, placing severe demands on the tower's structural design, foundation connections, and overall rigidity.

As the first and second towers in a series of projects, their operational stability is directly related to the long-term, safe, and economical operation of the power plant at full load, requiring zero failures and a long lifespan.

The tight construction schedule for the power plant project requires on-time or even ahead-of-time delivery of equipment, with impeccable quality the first time, eliminating any defects. 

Computer winding simulation technology was used to analyze the tower's loads. Based on the standard design, localized thickening and reinforcement were implemented in stress-concentrated areas such as the tower skirt, open pipe area, and tower top, ensuring absolute safety under wind, seismic, and operational loads.

The winding lines and angles ensure high axial strength while maintaining excellent hoop stiffness and deformation resistance.

We strictly adhere to relevant Huaneng Group and national standards, establishing internal quality control points that exceed industry standards.

Fully digitally manage the entire process, monitoring and recording key process parameters such as winding time, tension, and temperature in real time. This ensures production traceability and guarantees that Tower 2 products are of the same superior quality as Tower 1.

For long-distance transportation, we designed specialized, stable transport brackets to ensure the safe arrival of equipment sections at the Northwest project site.

We dispatched a highly skilled installation team, working closely with the general contractor to overcome difficulties such as cross-site operations. They completed the hoisting, assembly, and installation tasks efficiently and with high quality, ensuring the overall project schedule.

This project is another benchmark for Hebei Weitong in Northwest China, further demonstrating the adaptability of Weitong's products to diverse, complex, and demanding environmental conditions, and solidifying the company's leading position in the high-end composite materials market for the power industry.
