This is the most common and widely used FRP pipe production technology, particularly suitable for large-diameter pipes.

Core Equipment: Fixed-Length Winding Machine

Process Flow:

Under controlled temperature and tension, resin-impregnated continuous glass fibers (such as roving, surface mat, knitted mat, etc.) are wound onto a rotating mandrel in a predetermined layer structure and angle. The finished product is then cured, demolded, and processed.

Main Equipment Components: Winding machine, resin supply system, mandrel, curing system, demolding system, and auxiliary equipment (cutting machine, grinder, hydraulic testing machine, lining equipment).

Advantages: High product strength, flexible specifications (adjustable diameter, length, wall thickness, and angle), and a wide range of applications. Disadvantages: Non-continuous production, with the length of a single pipe limited by the mandrel.

This is a highly efficient and automated production method, particularly suitable for large-scale production of standard-sized small and medium-diameter pipes. Core Equipment: Continuous Winding Line

Process Flow:

A rotating steel belt mandrel is used to continuously wind resin-impregnated glass fiber onto the mandrel as the belt moves. The pipe cures while in motion and is then continuously cut into desired lengths.

Main Equipment Components: Steel belt forming system, winding station, resin impregnation system, curing system, cutting system, and control system.

Advantages: Extremely high production efficiency, automated continuous production, stable quality, and low labor costs.

Disadvantages: Large equipment investment, inflexible product specification changes, and complex initial setup.
