Main Equipment Components

1. Winding Machine - Core Equipment: Typically a large horizontal winding machine

Mandrel/Mold

Fixed Metal Mandrel:  Used for standard-diameter tanks, made of steel or aluminum alloy, with a smooth surface and a taper for demolding.

Removable Mandrel:  Used for oversized or non-standard tanks, it can be disassembled and removed from the tank manhole after production.

2. Lining Equipment - A Key Step

The tank's inner lining is a critical layer for leak prevention and corrosion resistance, and its quality is crucial.

II. Other Production Processes and Equipment (Specific to Specific Tank Types)

Hand Lay-Up/Vacuum Injection Process

Applications: Primarily used for large tanks (which cannot be transported and must be manufactured at the site) or non-standard equipment with very irregular shapes. Main Equipment:

Mainly small tools: such as resin rollers, brushes, and agitators.

Vacuum Pump: Used in the vacuum infusion process to compact the fiber and resin under the vacuum bag, improving the fiberglass content and product quality.

2. Modular Assembly

Application: For very large storage tanks, panels are produced in the factory and then assembled on-site.

Main Equipment: Large flatbed winding machines or panel production lines.
