Product Description

Processing Technology:

Large storage tank processing methods include vertical winding and horizontal winding. Our company currently primarily utilizes the vertical winding method. Compared to the horizontal method, the vertical method successfully solves the problems of large-diameter tanks being unable to be fully wound and limited on-site space. Furthermore, because the tanks are demolded vertically, they are prevented from tilting during demolding, ensuring product quality.

This solves the problem of limited transport due to road space constraints.

Production Requirements:

Large tanks require production equipment to be transported to the customer's site for processing. Therefore, the customer must provide the following processing facilities:

● Suitable vessel foundation

● Processing area >10 x 15 m

● Power supply connected to the edge of the processing area, voltage 380V/220V, power ≥30kW

● Fire water source within 100 m
